Delivery information

Standard delivery:
We deliver throughout Germany without any shipping or packaging fees.
Shipping and packaging fees for deliveries within the EU are calculated during the ordering process and are based on weight and destination. The automated handling of an order in countries outside of the EU is not currently possible in our online shop. In this case, please contact our Technical Sales directly: gears@framo-morat.com
If all articles are available for an order, we will ship within two 2 business days. Deviating desired delivery dates can be selected manually during the ordering process.
If all articles for an order are not in stock, a complete delivery occurs as soon as all articles are ready to ship by default. Articles temporarily not in stock can typically be delivered within 4 – 8 weeks.
You have the option to select between a complete and partial delivery. For partial deliveries, any shipping and packaging fees (outside of Germany) are calculated in full upon the initial partial delivery. Up to two partial deliveries are provided – the second partial delivery occurs as soon as all outstanding articles are available.
We deliver using a parcel service or trucking company, depending on the size of the order. The run times vary depending on the destination – but are typically between 2 and 3 business days.

Express shipment:
For an express shipment, we calculate an express surcharge of €10.00. This flat rate is also added for express shipping within Germany.
Express shipments are typically sent on the following business day.
